Sunday Snapshots: Llandudno Pier, North Wales

If you’re holidaying in North Wales and fancy a mosey along the coast, why not head to the town of Llandudno to take a stroll on the impressive Llandudno Pier. Jutting 700m into the Irish Sea, this wonderful Victorian balustrade is the longest pier of its kind in Wales and the fifth longest in the UK. This unusual, cast iron leviathan comprises two entrances- a rare feature for a pier- as well as a number of seaside eateries and arcades, making it an excellent stopping off point for a relaxing stroll on your family holiday in North Wales.

Take a look at a few photos of the pier below, or visit our website to plan your cottage holiday in Llandudno.
