Bugle Cottages
This old mining community makes a fantastic touring base,
situated close to the main A30 trunk road just three miles from the
Eden Project. And our Bugle holiday cottages attract families and
couples whether you're after sun and sand or general
sightseeing.
Old china clay trails weave through the region, once the
area's main industry and today a haven for walkers, cyclists
and riders. The 4-mile Bugle to Eden Trail is particularly suited
to families - bring along a picnic and expect a great day out with
unforgettable scenery. Or head to Wheal Martyn, a china clay museum
and country park where you can walk the dog, watch the waterwheel
and entertain the kids with interactive displays, challenge trail
and play area.
The sheltered south coast and meandering coastal path are just a
short drive from our holiday lettings in Bugle, so make sure those
boots are packed! Or swap boots for boards and head north to
Newquay for world-class surf
and other adrenalin-pumping water sports.

of Charlestown, the
Shipwreck & Heritage Centre has all kinds of maritime exhibits

session of real ales and speciality beers at the St. Austell
Brewery.
