The property

This deceptively spacious, detached cottage in Benllech is beautifully presented, and enjoys an enviably large corner plot in the heart of this popular seaside village on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.

This cottage with a luxury hot tub was formerly run as a B&B by the present owners and as such has all the facilities you would expect from this style of property, with the bedrooms spread over the ground and first floor, and all enjoying either en-suite or private bathrooms.

One of the first floor bedrooms is large enough to be able to accommodate up to three guests, with a double bed and single day bed.

The cottage is laid out in such a way that the ground floor can be split to offer a self-contained annexe with double bedroom, its own bathroom and a kitchen/diner area, with access to the hot tub, if required.

In addition there are two main social rooms, and further comfy seating areas can be found in the large hall, first floor landing and dining room, ensuring there is enough indoor space for everyone to sit, relax and socialise in this fantastic cottage.

Outside you will find a sunny, enclosed lawned garden, a well-established and enclosed fish pond area with specimen koi carp, and a private sheltered decking area offering a bubbling hot tub under a canopy roof, where you can soak your stresses away and enjoy good conversation with friends and family.

With all the amenities of the village on your doorstep, including pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops, and the Blue Flag sandy beach no more than 7 minutes’ walk, this cottage couldn’t be better located for a superb seaside holiday.

Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
