Indulge in fabulous watersports, including kitesurfing, diving and sailing at the stunning Rhosneigr beach, or enjoy 18 holes at a choice of three local golf courses. Spend the day at Anglesey Sea Zoo, visit the historic town of Beaumaris with its medieval castle and array of shops and restaurants, take a boat trip past Plas Newydd Country House or indulge in a day trip to Ireland. With an outdoor seating area outside your Llanfaethlu cottage you can enjoy the sunshine and views towards the coast in the peace and tranquility of the surrounding countryside. Inside, this Llanfaethlu cottage has an airy kitchen/dining room with exposed beams and a good sized sitting room with a woodburner, where you can relax and unwind after an energetic day exploring the delights on offer in the local area. Why not discover the 125 miles of coastal path around the island or the sandy coves and beaches around Church Bay, where if you are lucky you may see dolphins in the bay? Further afield you will find historic castles at Beaumaris and Caernarfon, or visit the fascinating Sea Zoo or the Pili Palas Butterfly Farm near Menai.
