The small seaside village of Amlwch Port lies on the north eastern corner of Anglesey, in a stunning coastal location. With an affluent mining history, the village now plays host to numerous activities and attractions, making it the ideal location for a family holiday. Discover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition on the Heritage Copper Trail, part of the beautiful 125 mile coastal path that winds its way along the coast of Anglesey, or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys, and see the red, yellow and purple rocks, which some say, resemble the surface of the Moon. For lovers of fishing and golf, both are available in Amlwch, with the Bull Bay Golf Club close by, and sea fishing a very popular pastime. Take the ferry to Dublin and spend a day enjoying Irish life, or stay on Anglesey and make the most of one of the beautiful beaches on offer. A traditional, 18th century, detached cottage in the fishing village of Amlwch Port, on the Isle of Anglesey. With well-equipped, cosy rooms, and a fantastic seaside location, this lovely Amlwch Port cottage makes a great base for exploring Anglesey. Take the short stroll from the cottage door to the harbour and watch the fishing boats land their catch, try a spot of fishing, or a round of golf, before returning to this Amlwch Port cottage for a relaxing evening. Enjoy a walk along part of the 125 mile Anglesey Coastal Path, taking in the beautiful surroundings, or spend the day at one of the wonderful beaches in the area; there is plenty to do for all the family. This lovely Amlwch Port cottage is ideal for a seaside getaway.

The attention to detail in this cottage was very, very good. Welcome by the owners with a cup of tea, a bowl of fruit, and some homemade marmalade, which was very nice. The best cottage we have stayed in up to now. We have told all our friends about it and there is only a short walk to two pubs.
