The property

A delightful cottage situated in the old mining village of Llanllechid, near to the villages of Rachub and Bethesda, bordering the Snowdonia National Park.

At the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, in magnificent North Wales, this splendid cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a warm and welcoming environment in which to holiday.

The cottage provides the perfect accommodation for a family or a group of friends looking to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer.

Step inside into the light and comfortable sitting room, offering comfy furniture with views into the village and garden, ideal for relaxing in after a day adventuring along the North Wales coastline.

The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a family meal which you can then enjoy in the dining room whilst discussing the day’s activities and enjoying a glass of wine.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms have been lovingly furnished with both comfort and convenience in mind: there are two double bedrooms and a single room, along with a stylish family bathroom.

In front of the property, there is off road parking for three cars, providing plenty of room for all the family to park up.

The front patio area is perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee and being a real sun trap it allows sun worshippers to make the most of the sun all day.

Just a five minute walk will take you into the village of Rachub where you’ll find the local shop and pub, and venture further into Bethesda where you will find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants spread along the bustling high street.

The spectacular Snowdonia National Park is on the doorstep offering walking, waterfalls and a myriad of outdoor activities.

Alternatively the beautiful North Wales coast is within seven miles with its watersports and sandy beaches to discover.

For adrenalin junkies why not visit the Zip World zip wire ride in Bethesda.

The bustling market town of Caernarfon is a short drive away where you can immerse yourself in history at the magnificent 13th century castle, or explore the pretty art shops, practice your swing on the golf course or relax in the restaurants.

The small village of Rachub quietly nestles at the foot of the great Carneddau Mountains, amongst the magnificent Snowdonian Mountain Range, just 9 miles from Llanberis and 10 miles from Caernarfon. Housing a traditional shop, welcoming pub, bakery and small Post Office, the area abounds in wonderful walks and cycle trails in the surrounding hills and mountains. The beautiful North Wales Heritage Coastline is within 7 miles, the Zip World zip wire ride in Bethesda is easily accessible for the adrenalin junkies, whilst the bustling market town of Caernarfon is only 10 miles away, boasting a magnificent 13th century castle, pretty art shops, a great golf course and many fine restaurants.
