    • “A great location for touring Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. The villagers were friendly and Welsh was widely spoken, very authentic! Charlie's Cottage is a former miner's cottage, so it was good to stay in a traditional accommodation for the area. Log fire, decor and the provision of many essentials was much appreciated. When I had a small problem at the property, I had an almost instant response from the owner , who dealt with the matter. Hope to return.”

    Mrs Wilson, Upminster, August 2014

    • “The cottage was beautiful, in stunning surroundings and not far from town centres. Was suitable for quiet walks or pub dinners and shopping. Can honestly say it was a lovely weekend and I would 100% recommend it. You could tell there was so much thought and love put into the cottage, lots of homely touches, home comforts and very clean! We could not fault it at all. It was a lovely weekend and suitable for all. Well priced as well!”

    Mrs Hitchinson, Birmingham, July 2014
