You might want to look at the kitchen tap when you turn it to cold the tap leaks and in my experience it’s not going to be long before the pressure blows the tap top off. Other than that the accommodation and facilities are great

.. Just spend New year weekend here and it was lovely, kitchen is best equipped I've ever stayed in, it's in a beautiful place it's 4 mins drive to beaches, overall a truly amazing stay. The courtyard outside is fab and nice and big great for dogs, BUT be careful we had a lot of rain and I was unloading car and got splashed by a car going past and courtyard floor outside is quick slippery and this is probably why. So a very small miner but it wouldn't stop us going back more a beware lol... Beautiful cottage in a perfect place x

The cottage was so cosy and made even better with the log burner. The chairs and sofa were very comfy as was the bed. Lots of detail given to furnishings and the kitchen was bright and fully equipped. Nice touch to leave some goodies for our arrival. The property was also very clean. Easy drive to the village shop and the beach. We were sorry to have to leave. Top marks to the owners.

The cottage felt like home the second I walked in. It was warm, very well equipped, extremely clean with lots of quality furnishings. There was everything in the modern kitchen you could need. The lounge with log burner was very cosy indeed. Rhosneigr was a mere five minutes drive away and close to lots of walking routes. The hosts were extremely helpful with any queries . I shall definitely be returning.

The only minor things were the size of the bed and the bed being very noisy, and the Internet being very slow, but this is something that probably can't be helped due to the location. Otherwise everything was perfect, well equipped little cottage in a good area, would definitely visit again.

Very nice bungalow, very clean. Very comfortable here. Big plus was the enclosed garden so we could let out our dogs. We enjoyed using the barbecue. The kitchen was well equipped, although the non-stick frying pans were no longer non-stick and the knives were so dull, we ended up buying a knife. But that’s small stuff compared to the comfort and convenience and perfect location. We would like to come again.

When you park up and go through the back gate it’s very secure and had furniture to sit on but was full of green and dirt so didn’t sit out as I wasn’t going to was it first. It could do with a sweep too! Lovely modern kitchen had everything you needed although the cutlery was dirty as the dishwasher stank. The living room is so dated compared to the kitchen and there was dust and bits all over it needs a good clean, under the sofa was full of dog hair and dust! I only knew this as I kicked my shoe under and had to get it out. The furniture has had its day so uncomfortable. The bedrooms were lovely, fresh clean bedding and bright but cosy. The bathroom is small but ok but we had talc all over it was obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. To say we couldn’t get in until 5 I’d expect it to be better cleaned. I’m no ‘mrs hinch’ but I don’t like other people’s muck! Overall it’s ok and we had a lovely time.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our aim is to maintain a higher standard. All that you have mentioned will be addressed. Property Owner

Well presented, well equipped and very clean. Cottage was well placed for accessing all areas on Anglesey. Off road parking was great. We went in Deptember and cottage was really warm and cosy. Only slight downside was the size of double room. No real place to properly hang clothes, just a rail with just a couple of hangers, which when you hung up overhung the bed. Also the chair next to sofa was very uncomfortable. However these were minor things and we had a great stay.

  • "The cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and there was a welcoming vase of flowers and traditional Welsh cakes."

It's a fairly small, characterful cottage about 10 minutes' drive from Rhosneigr, and 5 mins drive to the local Spar. Kitchen was well equipped, with a small pull-out table with just enough room for 2 people. Spacious living room with inglenook fireplace. No separate dining area, so it's 'teas on knees' in the living room if there's more than two of you. The cottage is right next to the road but there wasn't much traffic, and the occasional jet plane flying overhead did not bother us. The only negative point was the bed in the main bedroom. It's a small double - we are used to a kingsize and struggled to sleep together in a small bed. My husband ended up sleeping on the fold-out bed in the smaller bedroom. The rental was very pricey for what it was, but I guess that it due to the increased demand for staycations at present.

Would be good to replace chairs in lounge have lost there pudding very uncomfortable double bed not very comfortable our backs had had enough by end of week the kitchen was well equipped but the dishwasher needs adjusting one could not open door properly we enjoyed our holiday very much unfortunately beds and sofas are very important factors to give a really enjoyable time away but far too often neglected by owners

Thank you for your feedback it means a lot to us. We have replaced the mattress as it was not the quality we expected and appreciate the importance of comfort to our guests. The cushions on the chair and sofa are made from natural fibers and feathers which require plumping up as they can compact. We always do our very best to ensure the accommodation is enjoyable and meets or exceeds expectations. We are very pleased you enjoyed your holiday. Property Owner

I booked the cottage and the lodge behind it so that we could holiday together as a family with my sister and her family safely this summer. The outdoor space was extremely useful for this. Highlights for me were watching the sun go down through the window whilst sat snuggly inside curled up with a book and a morning walk from the cottage down to the beach and back (5 miles in total). The BBQ outside came in handy and was a thoughtful touch. As were the ironing board and hairdryer. Rhosneigr is a beautiful little village. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. As were the cottage owners Louise & Tim who checked to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. The cottage was very clean, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
