The property

Situated on the outskirts of Rhosneigr, a short walk from the bustling town centre on the Isle of Anglesey, lies this wonderful, semi-detached Victorian holiday home that has been lovingly renovated by the owners to a luxurious and contemporary standard and comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic family holiday.

Painted white, with pale blue detail, the house is a welcoming sight, a real home from home, and an excellent place to stay for friends and families exploring this beautiful island.

Inside is an entrance hallway with a large porch to hang your coats and bags, and a spacious sitting room with a lovely feature fireplace, Smart TV and good selection of books and games.

There is also a second sitting room for the kids, with a huge selection of toys and games, a comfy corner sofa and a TV of its own!

The kitchen is a great, social space with a large double range and an excellent dining table that extends to seat 12, so everyone can gather and enjoy meals together or plan the day’s adventures over breakfast.

Well-equipped, the utility has an extra fridge and microwave, as well as a washing machine so you don’t need to worry about cramming enough clothes into your suitcase.

Leading out from the kitchen there is a decked terrace which is a real sun trap and large patio furniture enough for 8 adults.

Beyond the utility room is a games room with a football/games table and stacks of board games, while the downstairs bathroom features a stylish double-ended bath where you can unwind with a glass of wine, as well as having a separate shower.

On the first floor are a three great double bedrooms, two with king-size beds and TVs so you can enjoy the odd lazy morning in bed, and one with views of the sand dunes and sea.

There is a spacious family bathroom with roll top bath on the first floor and a separate shower room, so there’s plenty of space to prevent arguments over who gets to use the bathroom first!

Up on the second floor, in the eaves of Islwyn, are two final bedrooms.

One room houses twin beds and the second 'Pirate Suite' has two sets of children’s bunk beds.

On this floor is the storage cupboard full of all the baby and toddler equipment including a baby bath, baby walker, potty, Bumbo, Jumparoo, Little Life rucksack, changing mats and buggy, so you don't need to take everything but the kitchen sink to this wonderful family home.

Just a two minute stroll to the nearest beach and five minutes down the road, you can enjoy a round of golf at Anglesey Golf Club, and in the opposite direction it is a five minute walk to the centre of Rhosneigr.

The coastal town is extremely popular with kite surfers and there is a range of other watersports to enjoy here too.

If you prefer to stay on dry land, peruse the good selection of shops, pubs and cafes or take a stroll along the beach and watch the kite surfers in action on windy afternoons.

There is excellent walking opportunities on Anglesey, and many spectacular Blue Flag beaches along its scenic coastline.

The perfect choice for a fun-filled holiday on the Isle of Anglesey!
