Conwy 4 miles; Llandudno 7 miles; Betws-y-Coed 12 miles.
Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, this beautiful village stands amidst the tranquil countryside of the lovely Conwy Valley. Steeped in history, the village is well known amongst walkers and ramblers for its charming white washed stone cottages and pretty gardens and for its renowned mountain trail, which climbs to 1400ft following the old Roman road across scenic mountains and moorland, ending at the stunning Aber Falls. Only 4 miles away is delightful Conwy, a World Heritage Site dominated by its splendid castle and completely enclosed in its well-preserved town walls. There's plenty to enjoy in Conwy - the picturesque fishing harbour, Plas Mawr, one of the best preserved medieval town houses in the country, the National Trust's Aberconwy House, Britain's "smallest house" (worth an interesting, if quick, visit!) as well as the town's shops, pubs and restaurants nestling along the narrow and winding streets. Close by are excellent beaches, world famous Bodnant Gardens, Victorian Llandudno and stunning Betws-y-Coed.

Mr Sedman, Spalding, May 2009
The accommodation was brilliant with amazing views, just the best place to take a young active family with two excited dogs. Definitely a place I would recommend.
Thank you and look forward to coming back again and again in the future.
Mrs Bolsher, Nottingham, March 2009
It was in a beautiful isolated setting and also had a little play area for the children. The house was very comfortable, warm and it was great that the electricity and gas was included.
Mrs Birch, Buxton, October 2008
The size and surroundings of the cottage were excellent. A very relaxed atmosphere with helpful owners.
