Set amidst spectacular scenery, this lovely village offers a wealth of traditional inns and good restaurants, whilst providing easy access to the Blue Flag beach at Rossbeigh Strand, a sandy beach stretching over 4 miles, renowned for its safe swimming, adventure sports and paragliding. The surrounding area boasts a wealth of activities including fishing, horse-riding, golf and canoeing, whilst the Coomasaharn horse-shoe mountain to the south, Seefin and Curra to the east and west and Slievemish to the north provide great walking opportunities and stunning views. With the pretty town of Killorglin also within easy reach, this beautiful area has plenty for all the family to explore!

The Property

Glenbeigh 2 miles. A lovely, detached cottage, set in an elevated position, 2 miles from the village of Glenbeigh in County Kerry. This single storey Glenbeigh cottage provides bright, airy accommodation, with wooden floors throughout and large picture windows, perfect for making the most of the spectacular views. The woodburner in the dining area and the open fire in the sitting room make this a warm and welcoming Glenbeigh cottage, and the well-appointed bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, just what you need for a great night’s sleep. The garden area of this Glenbeigh cottage affords wonderful dual aspect views; from one side you can enjoy looking out over the sea, as the waves crash against one another, and in the other direction, the mountains stand tall and imposing, creating a stunning contrast, a superb backdrop for any Glenbeigh cottage. The area itself offers great walking, cycling and scenery on the famous Ring of Kerry, the Blue Flag beach at Rossbeigh Strand is a great place for family fun, while the pretty town of Killorglin is within easy reach.
