Nestled between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane, sits Waterville, the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry. Surrounded by mountains and lakeland, Waterville also offers a fine sandy beach, two golf courses, one being a championship 18 hole course, and interesting archaeological remains. Enjoy walks along the wonderful Kerry Way or angling and fishing on one of the area’s many excellent rivers or lakes. Take a boat trip to the Skellig Rocks, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy fabulous vistas across the bay, coupled with seeing one of Europe’s best known and oldest monasteries. Other trips of note are Valentia Island or Dingle, or visit the bustling coastal town of Cahersiveen which is only 10 miles away. A great base from which to explore the south west coast, and famous Ring of Kerry.

This lovely detached cottage is situated in an elevated position, overlooking the town, but just outside the busy town centre, in the seaside town of Waterville, County Kerry. This Waterville cottage is wonderful for families travelling to the area due to its central location. The nearest shop to this Waterville cottage is right next door, while the pub is only 2 minutes' walk, and the beach, just 5. The range cooker in the dining room of this Waterville cottage gives it a traditional feel, while the whole cottage has a warm, homely atmosphere. Families can enjoy long days on the beautiful sandy beach close by, while lovers of fishing are catered for with numerous excellent rivers and lakes throughout the region. Golfers can enjoy the 18-hole golf course in the town, or for a great day out, why not try a boat trip? This Waterville cottage is in a great location for enjoying the delights on your doorstep, and further afield.
