A delightful, stone-built barn conversion adjacent to the owner's home, on the edge of the rural village of Dobwalls, 3 miles from Liskeard. Well decorated and well furnished throughout, the property offers compact, yet very cosy and comfortable accommodation. There is a lovely double bedroom, a warm and welcoming living area with modern kitchen, sitting room and dining area and a small garden with delightful views across the fields and valley beyond, ideal for sitting out and relaxing. The property makes a superb base for a couple wishing to explore all that South and East Cornwall have to offer. The rural location is a haven for long country walks, while the charming fishing villages of Looe and Polperro and the wonderful south Cornish coast are within easy reach. With the Eden Project within 15 miles and the maritime city of Plymouth just an easy drive or train ride away, this is an ideal base for a relaxing break. Liskeard 3 miles; Looe 8 miles.

The rural village of Dobwalls is surrounded by open fields and wooded countryside, and is close to the market town of Liskeard, the slopes of Bodmin Moor and the glorious southern Cornish coastline. This is a perfect base for exploring the many delights the region has to offer, with the picturesque fishing harbours of Looe and Polperro within 8 miles. Take a trip to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the wonderful sailing, fishing and watersports on offer, or travel a little further and take advantage of the superb walking on Bodmin Moor. The Eden project is within 15 miles and Plymouth is just a 30 minute drive, or 15 minute train ride from nearby Liskeard station. With its old harbour district, renowned aquarium, and good selection of shops, restaurants and theatres, this is a great holiday base.
