Close to the village amenities and within easy reach of the main attractions of the region, this quiet property also makes a perfect place to relax away from the crowds. Tehidy Golf Course and Country Park are half a mile away.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven (gas hob), microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, video, radio etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Ample private parking with garage. Very peaceful location. All the places we wanted to visit, ie. Portneath, St. Ives, Land's End, Penzance, and Truro within easy reach. Porthminster beach at St. Ives are excellent for children. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We could not find fault with anything! The garden was also very tidy.
