Back inside the house head upstairs and you will find three comfortable bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.
The pedestrianised town of Redruth is lined with Victorian architecture reaching above the modern independent shops.
It is home to a cinema and many pubs, cafes and restaurants which are all found a few minutes’ walk from the house.
Attractions close by include the mineral tramway mining trails and the impressive Carn Brea hill which looks proudly down on the county and features a castle and the Basset Monument.
Being so central makes Granite House ideally situated for visits to both north and south coasts, whilst closer to home, Tehidy Golf and Country Park is a must for everyone with delightful woodland walks right next to the stunning north coast.

Attractions close to Redruth include the Carn Brea Trail, The Great Flat Load, which is fantastic for cyclist and dog walkers alike, Tolgus Tin Stream Works, and the Tehidy Country Park. The beach at Portreath is a 10 minute drive, or 2.5 miles from Redruth. The entire stunning North coast is a suburb playground for surfing and all watersports, with resorts such as St Ives, Falmouth, the Roseland Peninsula and the whole Lizard Peninsula within easy reach.
