With several companies offering cycle hire, why not ride along the scenic Camel Trail into Padstow and enjoy a well-earned lunch and a wander around this most popular fishing port before the ride back to Wadebridge.
For those who do want to take the car out and enjoy a day on the beach, Polzeath and Rock are both close by.
