About the location

Reawla

Hayle 3 miles.

Reawla is a pretty village set among lush green fields, just 4 miles inland from the glorious beaches at Hayle, and the perfect base for exploring the land of Celtic myth and legend that is Cornwall’s far west. Reminders of Cornwall’s tin mining heritage are all around, yet the coast with its rolling surf, miles of sandy beaches, hidden coves and outstanding cliff-top walking is just minutes away. Close too are Penzance, Helston and the quaint fishing harbour and artists’ colony of St Ives, while the imposing presence of St Michael’s Mount with its medieval castle and church, standing off shore in Mount’s Bay will provide a visit to remember. A perfect holiday area.

Second stay at the cottage. Everything we wanted to enjoy on our visit. First class accommodation, friendly ownets and a great holiday for our dog. He loves going to the farm. We will be going back.

Mrs Peaker, London, March 2014

Good quality accommodation.

Mrs Woollett, Fordingbridge, November 2013

The barn was furnished to a very high degree and everything had been thought of to make us comfortable. We were welcomed by the owners who were very friendly. We enjoyed it so much we wanted to stay an extra week, but they were booked up. We will return, and thoroughly recommend this accommodation to everyone, especially if you want to take your whole family away as a group.

Mrs Peaker, London, October 2013

Huge, light and airy rooms in this Barn conversion. Beds were comfortable, and so was the lounge furniture. A massive kitchen and two bathrooms, great! Lovely welcome by owner who showed us our outside table for breakfast where the sun rose, and our evening table for dinner where the sun set; amazing. We had a lovely week here, it was so quiet. Perfect.

Mrs Smith-Wild, Honiton, October 2013
