First class fixtures and fittings, couldn't fault it at all. Highly recommend this accommodation, if you are looking for a top of the range place to stay in Newquay look no further.

  • "The accommodation was immaculate everything you could wish for and more."

Great that we all had our own bathroom so no waiting around to use the toilet or the shower. The views where amazing and so close to the town centre. Would highly recommend this place to stay its just PERFECT.

Thankyou for your PERFECT review Yes we have 3 bathrooms with showers! 3 parking spaces (one being a visitor space) and 3 accommodation floors staying at no3! Lots of 3.. And of course the amazing roof terrace. We’re so glad you’ve enjoyed the views. And looks like you had amazing weather. Such a great time of year to come. The town centre is close with so many restaurants, bars and shops. We hope you visited some of our recommendations.. hopefully we see you again Thanks Carl Property Owner

  • "Lovely property and we enjoyed our stay."

The beds were very comfortable. The property needs decorating and the sink tap constantly drips. The microwave and toaster are past their best.

Thankyou for your honest feedback. We have now replaced the Microwave, Toaster and the sink tap. With the constant come and go of new and returning guests some walls do have some wear and tear. Once the busy summer season is over our maintenance team will attend to this. We’re so glad you love the beds. Good sleep is a must on holiday. Thanks Carl Property Owner

  • "We had a great stay despite some dodgy weather, Excellent location with fantastic views."

The property has everything you need but perhaps needs a little attention to detail, We didn’t use the oven but it needed a good clean, the decking on the balcony needed cleaning. The weather prevented us from using the terrace but if we had I don’t think we could have used the barbecue as it looked untouched for many months. Despite this we would definitely consider going back.

I’m glad you had a good week such a shame about the weather! The barbecue had a full clean ready for the season a few weeks before you arrived, along with all the decking and patio. Unfortunately the weather hasn’t been good and you’re right no one has used the BBQ yet! Hopefully you enjoyed the updated front room area and new smart TV for those wanting to just chill. Thanks for coming hope to see you back again. Thanks Carl Property Owner

Such a nice review, Thankyou. We do believe No3 is a Gem and we’re glad you enjoyed. We’ve Recently upgraded a few parts of the house so hopefully you enjoyed.. Our cleaner will be happy as they work so hard to leave the house in a 5 star condition ready for all our amazing guests. Hopefully you come back to the amazing Newquay again and stay at No3.. • "This property has all the benefits and facilities of a luxury apartment, but feels more private and homely as a 3 storey house, with the panoramic views to be enjoyed from every floor and the rooftop terrace."

The 2 parking spaces directly outside the house are a big bonus, and the basement area was useful for returning from Towan beach to remove and rinse wetsuits. We would certainly book this property again. Thanks

Thankyou for your kind and detailed review Clive. The two parking spaces and a visitor space are very rare in a town like Newquay. We’re very fortunate to have such amazing views of the coastline we’re glad you enjoyed them like many others do. We hope to see you back at No3 again one day Thanks Carl Property Owner

Only one thing we found on a new build there were no points in bathrooms for a shaver or toothbrush. Perhaps that’s the law now. But 10 out of 10 for everything else

  • "Really lovely property, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the roof terrace as it was too windy on the week we stayed, the house is lovely but if you are not driving to get to the town centre you need to be fit ,not for anybody with mobility issues, there's also not any shop or pub nearby."

We enjoyed our stay but that walk back up from Newquay was not easy . The only criticism I would give to the owners is the recycling information is not clear, there was conflicting information as to when the bins were to be emptied.

I’m glad you enjoyed the property and sorry to hear it was windy while you were there. Being close to the sea unfortunately some days are windy, but lots of days are Sunny and perfect for a roof terrace BBQ during the summer season while taking in the stunning views! The nearest pub and shops are around 500 mtrs away with lots of others near (5min walk). So they are definitely nearby. We pay a private company to take all the rubbish and recycling away. So all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.. I hope this helps. Thanks Carl Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic time in Newquay and it very much helped with staying at 3 Quay Court."

It as everything you need to enjoy staying there. Very clean and comfortable. We will book to stay again. The views are absolutely stunning! The only small problem we have is the key lock, which is situated round the back. When there is 3 families staying and only one key it’s to be put back round there. So you’ve to go all the way round to come back again. It would be a lot easier if it was by the front door. But we give it 5* and highly recommend.

Thankyou for staying at No3. We’re so glad you enjoyed the comfort of No3 and the amazing Newquay. For security reasons the best place for the key store is around the back. Not at the front for all to see. We do hope to see you again.. Thanks Carl Property Owner

The owners have thought of everything possible to make a very comfortable stay possible. The contact from Carl the owner regarding key collection and directions to the property was excellent. He also offered to be contacted if we were unsure of the area and needed recommendations for any type of amenity. Instructions relating to the electrical items was readily available, along with notes in key areas on how to use items and store after use. The 'rules' were not dictational but very informative and to the point. We had a fantastic week with our family aged 76, 53, 49, 24, 22 and 22 and two dogs). We had enough room so that we all had our own personal space and didn't feel on top of each other. Newquay and the surrounding area provided plenty of entertainment for all the family and we were able to get together at times and eat in the many dog friendly pubs.
