The property

This contemporary townhouse is set over three floors in a quiet residential area only five minutes level walk into Newquay town centre.

Perfectly located for beach holidays with three of Cornwall’s finest, Tolcarne, Great Western and Lusty Glaze all within walking distance, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends alike.

Situated off the main coastal road in and out of the town you have the benefit of easy walking access to all Newquay has to offer, together with private parking for two cars directly outside the house.

You enter into the hallway before passing through the well-equipped kitchen with fully integrated appliances into the open plan living room with sitting and dining areas.

From here sliding glass doors will take you out into the enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

There are three bedrooms with two on the first floor and the master en-suite bedroom on the second floor.

After arriving at Ocean Heights due to the outstanding location there really isn't any need to take the car out for the duration of your holiday, unless you wanted to visit one of the leading tourist attractions Cornwall has to offer.

Both beach lovers and walkers are spoilt for choice here.

You will be on the South West Coat Path within three minutes’ walk, then head east passing many beaches and coves before reaching Watergate Bay, or head west passing along the sea front in Newquay before walking along the world-famous Fistral Beach and crossing Pentire Headland and down to Crantock Beach.

The coastal path offers superb walking with ample opportunities for swimming together with excellent places to eat en route.

A short walk of an evening will take you into town with a choice of restaurants to suit everyone.

The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 45 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is around an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
