Previous visitors' comments about The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn:

When we arrived there was a lovely sponge cake and some lovely roses waiting for us, which was a really lovely touch.
Mrs Armitage, High Peak, April 2012

We appreciated the welcome given by the owners and the excellent facilities at the annex. The views from the front gate across the countryside were lovely. We really felt comfortable and at home here.
Mrs Denton, Peterborough, September 2011

It was very quiet, yet the pub was close to hand. There are plenty of walks and very central for both Cornwall and Devon.
Mr Mallinder, Leeds, June 2011

Owners made us particularly welcome with milk and a home baked cake and flowers left for us upon arrival. The Annexe is completely self contained with it's own access and parking space. An ideal base for touring Cornwall and Devon.
