Cottage was very warm and welcoming. We've stayed at a few cottages in the area and Briar is now at the top of our list for cottages to revisit.

Mrs Storer, London, February 2014

The cottage was centrally situated for access to a number of attractions and places of interest. We were pleasantly surprised how large it was, and clean and comfortable.

Mr Willson, Camberley, October 2013

The cottage is a great base to explore Cornwall as it's within easy reach of so many places to visit. The cottage was warm and cosy and the garden is great for dogs as it's enclosed.

Mrs Noakes, Peterborough, October 2013

The accommodation and location of the property were excellent. The little enclosed garden was ideal. Would definitely recommend this property to all family and friends, and will be visiting again ourselves.

Mr Faulkner, Coventry, September 2013

Centrally Located for sight seeing. Well furnished and clean accommodation.

Mr Holder, Hereford, September 2013

Excellent location, it is ideal for trips to Padstow and Newquay. We would not hesitate to stay here again or indeed recommending it to our friends.

Miss Lockett, Stoke-on-Trent, June 2013

The accommodation was warm and welcoming and we immediately felt comfortable after a 9 hour journey. The location was quiet and peaceful, however ideally situated to access all different activities. I would highly recommend Briar Barn.

Mrs Richardson, Dalton-in-Furness, June 2013

A great central location - perfect for exploring Cornwall.

Mrs Harris, Camberley, November 2012

The cottage was situated in an ideal location in order to explore Cornwall. Not too far off the beaten track with everything you could want being close at hand. The cottage offered up plenty of room and allowed for everyone to have their own space. A well equipped kitchen and bathrooms meant we had everything we could have hoped for. The flowers, tea, coffee and milk was a lovely touch upon arrival and most welcome.

Mr Pickering, Bradford, August 2012

The cottage was very roomy and comfortable with everything you could wish for. The enclosed garden was a real sun trap and very safe for my sun loving 'Houdini' dog!

New, Cinderford, June 2012
