Shared use of lawned garden area with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 100 yards.

This is a very comfortable and characterful cottage. It's in a great location, being close to many good places to visit. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The pub up the road does very good food. We particularly liked the open plan living area downstairs, which was spacious and well equipped (e.g. the digital TV with ipod dock). All in all, this is one of the better cottage holidays that we have had, due to the combination of the cottage itself and the good location.

The location - the cottage was ideally situated between the two coasts, with large towns in easy reach. There was plenty to do everyday. The owner supplied restaurant and tourist tips, etc, with detailed directions. The local pub was good and friendly. We had the weather on our side, which always helps.

The barn was amazing. Very spacious inside for a small barn conversion. Perfectly situated for all the attractions in Cornwall. The owner was very welcoming and the bottle of wine, fresh milk and orange juice on arrival was a very nice touch.
