From here you go through to the kitchen with the dining area for the family to sit around and enjoy planning the day ahead.
There are three bedrooms at the property, a king-size double and a twin which along with the bathroom are on the first floor and a double with en-suite facilities on the second floor.
Also on the second floor is another living room with a balcony to relax and enjoy the views out to sea.
With a private parking place you will find that you have very little need for your car throughout your stay such is the setting of the property.
On leaving the house you have the choice of walking left to the town centre and all its beaches, shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants or right and following the footpath alongside the golf course to the world famous surfing destination, Fistral Beach.
Here apart from the wonderful beach, a collection of beach cafes and bars add to the atmosphere for which this beach is justly famous.
Also just two minutes’ walk away is the Red Lion pub, most of the locals favourite both for food and a fine selection of real ales.
You really are spoilt for choice here, with the variety of excellent beaches as well as the world-famous South West Coast Path to explore.
Further afield are the fishing village of Padstow and the town of Truro with the Eden Project making an ideal day out for the family.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 45 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is around an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
