Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed and doors to private decked area with hot tub.

The owner provides pay-as-you-go membership for 2 adults and 4 children to the China Fleet Country Club, which allows full use of the club and all its leisure facilities at discounted rates.Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked area with hot tub, shared use of site grounds. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site pub 3 mins walk, nearest village shop and pub 1 mile.
