Spacious yet cosy, there is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, welcoming sitting room with a woodburner for those cooler evenings and a utility room which leads directly out onto the south-facing decked, enclosed patio.

From here a gate leads down a few steps to the lawn, ideal for children and pets to play.

There are three bedrooms ideal for all the family with the double and twin rooms both having far-reaching countryside views.

Tregony is a village full of charm on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula.

Formerly a port, historic sights abound with the unusual clock tower, the 17th century almshouses and the site of a 12th century castle is particularly notable.

With individual shops, an art gallery and the welcoming Kings Arms pub all within a few minutes’ walk this is certainly a village well worth exploring.

Few places can compare with the Roseland, one of the most picturesque and unspoilt parts of the British Isles, with beautiful sandy beaches, delightful rivers, stunning countryside and views all around.

Add this to the charming little villages and hamlets and you will see why this is the perfect setting for touring.
