- “Nice Place”
- “Nice place, surroundings quiet, need a car as right out in the country. Liskeard 3 mile away, where there is a railway station, that takes you all over Cornwall, and it is only £1 a day to park.So leave your car there and grab a train, cheaper than using the car with the price of petrol. The cottage is newly refurbished to a high standard, only there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board and you need to take your own hairdryer. There is a resturante with bar across from the cottage, it is not noisy as it is double glazed. There is parking infront of cottage. You need to take care if you have small children as there is a stream runs along the back with quite a drop and no fencing. It is doggie friendly but they have to be keep on a lead, for same reason. There is no mobile or internet signal in cottage, you need to walk away fron cottage to get a signal. The Liskeard train station is only 3 mile down the road, and only £1 a day to park there, so park there and take a train and visit the rest of Cornwall, it's cheaper than taking the car with the price of petrol.”
- “A great cottage in a great location. It was very well kept. Particularly liked the stream out the back. Would recommend to anyone, hopefully back again next year.”
