A lovely mews cottage in the heart of the beautiful village of Broadway. The accommodation is light and airy, well-equipped and elegantly furnished to provide a very welcoming base, set over the first and second floors, with some lovely views over the elegant courtyard, rooftops and countryside beyond. This spacious Cotswolds cottage is just a few minutes walk from the shops, galleries, boutiques and restaurants of the village. Broadway is ideally situated for exploring the area, with Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham Spa, numerous NT properties and an abundance of walks and cycle trails within easy reach. A great Broadway cottage at any time of year.
Over first and second floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x 2nd floor double, 1 x small 2nd floor double (access from one side of bed). 2nd floor bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin & WC. Shower room with shower, basin & WC. Well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Spacious sitting room.
Full gas central heating. Electric oven & hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD, internet access, iPod dock. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Outstanding property, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Right in the heart of the village, beautiful views from the bedroom, quiet and peaceful surroundings, definitely worthy of 5* rating. Owners left a welcome card and bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. Local pubs and restaurants within a minutes walk. Superb.
