Set over three floors and oozing character this Cotswolds cottage offers spacious accommodation with many original features including a stone inglenook fireplace and original timbers, some of which are reputed to have come from the 12th century Kingswood Abbey in the village. The Bottle House, so called as it was the bottle store for the village pub in the early 20th century, offers two delightful bedrooms making it an ideal cottage for a family or two couples to explore the area. On the ground floor at this Cotswolds cottage are a lovely kitchen with a dining area and a charming sitting room with an exposed stone wall and a warming woodburning stove, perfect for those chilly autumn evenings. There is also a cosy first floor snug at this Cotswolds cottage, a perfect spot for children to play in or a quiet area for reading and relaxation. Outside the front door of this Cotswolds cottage is a small seating area shared with its neighbouring properties and within the village there is a local pub which serves food and a well stocked shop and post office. There is also a gym and coffee shop. Within walking distance, the lovely town of Wotton-under-Edge has an array of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a cinema and an open air swimming pool. A very welcoming Cotswolds holiday cottage, perfect for family and friends to get together at any time of year.
