The property

A beautiful, detached 1930s grand residence surrounded by extensive gardens and unspoilt Herefordshire countryside in the village of Bodenham.

This stunning holiday cottage provides real home from home accommodation on a large scale.

The pillared front porch takes you into a large hallway off which can be found a snug/library with doors to the side patio, sumptuous sitting room, dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen with AGA providing everything needed to prepare a celebratory dinner.

The ground floor also has a games room with a variety of games, TV and fridge for chilling your drinks.

To the rear of the property, overlooking the garden is a stunning conservatory which will accommodate all guests on either sofas or around the two large dining tables.

This delightful room also benefits from a range of entertainment so guests can listen to music, watch a favourite film or enjoy that 'not to be missed' sporting event.

All the first floor bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV and DVD, two of which have interconnecting doors, ideal for small families.

Make your way to the second floor to three further bedrooms, offering versatile accommodation for up to 13 guests and a family bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue on the patio, a game of giant chess or find a quiet corner to relax with a good book or chat with friends over a refreshing drink.
