  • "Cosy cottage, quiet and peaceful location, easy parking, accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed."

It was nice to have cupboard space to put our food. Location good for exploring the area. Quiet country lanes for walking if weather to wet for the off road footpaths. Stunning views. Would recommend

No major problems, hard to watch TV without moving furniture. A kitchen trainer would have been helpful. Very friendly reception and glorious location, suited a couple of 80+ s very well

  • "Lovely warm and cosy cottage."

Very comfy bed. Perfect for a week away relaxing. Enjoyed having the cows as neighbours! WiFi was strong enough to join in zoom calls. Our only problems were light was quite dim to read by and the shower affected by anyone else using water ( including next door). Would highly recommend the cottage.

  • "An absolutely wonderful "Staycation" that really surpassed anywhere we have previously stayed in Shropshire."

The farm is beautiful and so quiet, rural with stunning views of the county from all directions. The owners are so friendly and kind, with fabulous personalities and are very approachable. Their Border Collie dog Molly is adorable and becomes and instant friend. We stayed at the Byre which is a converted cattle barn. It is truly stunning throughout with a brilliant layout, a fabulous kitchen whose window looks out onto the most wonderful vista of the hillside and farm's fields. The bathroom is huge and boasts a fabulous shower with oodles of hot water. The bedroom is so sweet and the bed very comfortable. The main living area is lovely with its small inglenook fireplace taking pride of place. All in all, we cannot wait to stay there again..hey even the resident herd of 300 cattle seem to smile at you as you pass them by in their fields!! We cannot recommend this gorgeous place enough. It truly is the Jewel in the Crown of Shropshire!

It is great to sit out at night and hear the silence whilst viewing the stars in the clear (no light pollution) skies. The hosts are your friends as well as the farm owners.

  • "Wonderfully peaceful location, very friendly hosts, lovely warm welcome from Molly the dog!"

As this is a working farm, lovely to see the hosts going about their business oN the farm. Interestingly, this location whilst isolated, is so close to local attractions, there was no long trek to see what was on offer. The standard of the accommodation is high, the Byre particularly spacious. Morrells Farm also plays host to Weddings and the facilities for this were beyond our expectations.....it’s not often we feel we would return to a property as there are so many Others to experience, but we will definitely be returning!

  • "If you love farm animals especially cattle then you would love this great farm, very lovely hosts, off a single track lane but well worth it."

Pheasants, Deer beautiful scenery so if you love peace and quiet then this is the place for you. Though it is a working farm you do not need to do on wellies to walk around the yard, so great for Children who will love the cows. Derek the farmer and Molly his very friendly sheepdog are so welcoming. (moly took great delete in 'rounding up' our vehicle (a truck). LOL. Accommodations at the farm consists of various buildings from converted former cow sheds and other buildings including shepherds huts, all of character and charm.

  • "The owners are lovely people, we arrived to be met by the farm dog and owner, who gave us a tour of our cottage and the facilities."

There were freshly, homemade cakes waiting for us on the table, which were lovely. Cows didn't make much noise and generally not much noise on the farm, so we slept well. The location is lovely, it's so quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. Thank you.

We were warmly greeted by Derek and Molly the collie. A good location for visiting Ironbridge and other parts of Shropshire. Highlights being Shrewsbury and Blists Hill, part of the Ironbridge World Heritage site. There are many easily accessible pubs close by, making eating out an easy option.

Mr Harper appears to have a very well-run organisation here. The only negative was the unavailability of WIFI but engineers visited during our stay to rectify this and it will apparently be available next week.
