Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a fenced fish pond in the garden, please ensure young children are supervised. Note: There are sheep grazing by the cottage therefore dogs must be kept on a lead when outside of garden area. Note: This property is accessed via 2 steps and as such may not be suitable for the infirm or wheelchair users.
