The cottage is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre of Stratford.

Mr Knowles, Bradford, September 2013

A cosy little cottage near everywhere we wanted to go.

Mrs Taylor, Newcastle upon Tyne, September 2013

A really comfortable and cosy 2 bed property, in the middle of a terrace, nicely refurbished and ideally placed for Stratford (an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre and the RSC). Furnishings all seem new and very comfortable. Very friendly owner, lives about 1/2 mile away. Small convenience shops only 2-3 minutes away in each direction. If you are looking for a great base for a holiday in a simple but very comfortable style, this is one of the best we have used and we would certainly go back.

Mrs Neave, Harlow, August 2013

I liked the personal welcome from the owner. The property is cosy and friendly and well equipped for the price. The owner was very helpful.

Mrs Bancroft, Solihull, April 2013
