Five bedrooms: 1 x four poster double with ensuite (separate shower, basin and WC), 1 x double, 1 x single, 1 x bunks (top bunk suitable for a child only), 1 x family room with 1 x double and 1 x single. Bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath with shower over, basin & WC. Ground floor WC & basin. Fitted kitchen. Utility room. Dining room. Small sitting room (seats 4). Additional large sitting room with open fire. Conservatory.
Full oil fired central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with basic Satellite, video, DVD player. Telephone (incoming calls only). Small library of videos/DVDs. Fuel supplement of £25 payable Nov - Mar inclusive. At other times, fuel, power & starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate available. Large enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ & summer house with Jacuzzi & sauna (available to hire, subject to availability, at £80 per week / £50 per short break, payable on arrival). The warm welcome & generosity of our hosts, who laid on many extra festive touches, made this a memorable family Christmas. The house was always warm & comfortable & there was plenty of space for everyone to join together or "do their own thing". Warm welcome from the owner, good overview of the property - including the jacuzzi and sauna. Property very clean and well decorated. Loads of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils.
