Scarriff, in County Clare, is a large village located on the banks of Lough Derg. Situated near the shore of Scarriff Bay, one of the prettiest parts of Lough Derg, and surrounded by lakelands, Scarriff is renowned for its great angling resources. The East Clare Golf Course is a few miles away, while the East Clare Way, a designated walking route, is also nearby. The village of Killaloe is only 12 miles away, and provides great hill walking, boating, watersports and fishing.
