The village of Ballyduff, set in beautiful County Waterford countryside, sits on the banks of the Blackwater River and is known as a centre for angling, with a number of fisheries in the locality. The village has a shop, 4 pubs and restaurant serving good fresh food. The heritage town of Lismore is 7 miles away, with many shops, eateries, craft displays and opportunities to enjoy live music. There is pony trekking nearby, plus several golf courses within a ten minute drive. The coast is 15 miles away, and along its length it offers sea cliffs, beaches, coves and tidal pools, plus the Hook lighthouse, seaside resort of Tramore and the sweeping beach and medieval sculptures of Ardmore.
