Excellent value, very friendly owners, perfect for myself and my brother, lovely cottage at the end of a short lane with just a few other houses on it, nice and secluded, can play music
Delighted to have David & his brother stay in Kates"s cottage. David was a great speaker & had good knowledge of times long ago. Great knowledge on the history of Ireland. A joy to listen to. Loved his music.. I would be very happy to host David & his brother again. Property Owner

"A lovely, peaceful, rural spot."
We were given the warmest of welcomes by Mary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this traditional cottage. We both slept incredibly well in the very comfortable bed and loved waking to birdsong and no other sounds. Hearing the local cuckoo was a real joy. The area around is beautiful and we wish we had booked for longer to enjoy more.
Thank you . John's party were great guests. I would be very happy to host them again & I would highly recommend you to other hosts.. Property Owner

"We loved it so much we have already booked the place again for early next year."
It;s in a great spot. the hosts are lovely, it's warm in the winter and it is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is a bit cramped, especially in terms of workspace; but everything you need is there. We liked the fact that we could shut the gates to make a safe playspace for our grandson.

KINVARA, COUNTY GALWAY
Galway City 18 miles; Burren National Park 7 miles.
A picturesque seaside village in south County Galway, Kinvara is located on the edge of the world renowned "Burren" on Galway Bay. The entrance into Kinvara is marked by Dunguaire Castle, where medieval banquets are still hosted, and the quaint harbour still holds working examples of 'Galway Hookers', the majestic sailing craft which used to sell their wares between Connemara & Kinvara. Home to numerous pubs, shops and eateries, with a renowned farmer’s market every Friday and hosting two festivals celebrating culture and heritage each year, there is no shortage of things to do here. The small city of Galway, affectionately known as the “city of festivals”, with its pretty alleyways and colourful nightlife is within easy reach, and 7 miles away is the Burren National Park and Nature Reserve where animals and plant life are abundant, and there are numerous walking opportunities.
