Conveniently situated a few minutes’ drive from Carrick-on-Bannow, also known as Carrick, renowned for its traditional music festival & sessions, and Duncormick, with its delightful thatched pub and scenic setting, Cullenstown has numerous unspoilt sandy beaches and beautiful rural walks within easy reach. Half an hour by car will take you to the cliff top village of Rosslare with its panoramic views over the coastline, the historic heritage town of Wexford with its narrow streets, world famous Opera House and quayside, and the port of New Ross, where you can experience life on an emigrant ship aboard the historic Dunbrody Famine Ship. The area is an ideal base for an action-packed holiday with great diving, angling, horse riding and coastal walks, or for simply touring this wonderful unspoilt part of Ireland.
