Wind your way up the spiral staircase where you will find a TV area and snug, the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time after a busy day out exploring this fantastic part of Ireland. With a shared but peaceful ‘enchanted forest’, children’s play area and tennis court also available for guests to enjoy, this Wexford cottage has something to offer everyone. An excellent restaurant is situated just over the road from your Wexford cottage for those nights you don’t feel like cooking, and with many tourist attractions, beaches, Our Lady’s Island Lake and golf courses in the surrounding area, this Wexford cottage will provide many happy holiday memories to recall for years to come. Five bedrooms: 2 x king-size double, 1 x ground floor king-size double, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 4) and sliding doors to sun room (seats 8). First floor snug (seats 4).

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shared, front, lawned garden with furniture, fenced pond, Wendy house and play area. Shared tennis court. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Restaurant 1 min walk (no children after 6pm). Note: Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Due to the steps between bedrooms and to the en-suite shower room, the spiral, narrow staircase and the fenced pond, care should be taken and children supervised at all times. Note: Property accepts max. 8 adults, 2 children under 12yrs and 1 infant.

Note: Up until 30th September 2014, fuel and power is included in the rent, with a €30 supplement charged during October, November and December, payable directly to owner. From 5th January 2015, all fuel and power will be included.

Rosslare Harbour is a village situated on a cliff top in County Wexford, on the south-eastern corner of the Irish coast, boasting panoramic views of Rosslare Bay and the Rosslare-Europort. Providing regular ferry services to the UK and railway services to Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Kerry and Limerick, Rosslare Harbour makes a great touring base. The village itself offers several bars and hotel/restaurants, and is within easy reach of safe, sandy beaches, golf at either St Helen's Bay Golf Resort or Rosslare Golf Club, glorious local cliff walks and shopping and horse riding facilities. A little further afield but still within easy travelling distance, discover the Irish National Heritage Park and Westgate Heritage Tower, which offer a colourful insight into County Wexford's history. An ideal base for discovering this lovely part of Ireland.
