  • "This was a very comfortable house for 5 adults and well placed for exploring the surrounding area."

Property just as described, the owners even contacted us to check all ok. Would be happy to return.

  • "Nice rental & location with a good standard of furnishing & equipment, but not all guests live in a world of push button technology."

Instruction manual on equipment poorly laid out and found TV, cooker, microwave & washer/drier instructions frustrating & opaque.

There is a file in the kitchen entitled "how it works" which has the principal pages of the various handbooks. However as the manufactures' instructions are not always very clear, we shall try to include some simplified highlights. Property Owner

  • "This was a very comfortable, well equipped property, with neatly landscaped garden, complete with summerhouse."

Great views of the surrounding countryside. Seaton only 5 to 10 minutes away, and handy for the Seaton Tramway. A real home from home!

The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning.
