  • "Good location in the centre of town."

Lots of fairly steep stairs to apartment, challenging with luggage. Car park near by and easily accessible but a pain with luggage especially in rain and it wasn’t possible to pull up outside apartment to offload bags as stated. General cleanliness of apartment was ok but as mentioned by others the crockery and glasses are grubby. There is no dishwasher to reliant it seems on previous guest washing everything thoroughly. This should be checked more thoroughly by the cleaner before each stay. I had to wash everything before use. Bathroom shower would benefit from a deep clean. Bedding clean and comfortable. Towels clean and enough of them. WiFi worked well. Expensive for a basic apartment out of season. Welcome boxes very helpful and to a good quality.

  • "The apartment was in a brilliant location- right on one of the main streets in Dartmouth."

It has everything you need to use as a good base for your holiday with plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel cot. We found the parking fine- very easy to get a space during our October stay and loved exploring Dartmouth. The team members I dealt with were all really friendly with easy instructions for key collection and drop off. There were a few cleanliness issues but these were dealt with quickly. It is worth noting this apartment would not be suitable for someone with accessibility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

  • "This was a lovely apartment."

A little quirky nothing was level due to the building the floors were sloping the doors did too. However nothing in Dartmouth was level. Over all nice place to stay apartment was perfect for the two of us. We had a great holiday, parking was free due to a permit for the apartment. Central for ever thing in Dartmouth we did not need to move the car from arrival to departing. Would definitely recommend a stay on Foss Street. Take ear plugs though as the seagulls are very noisy all over Dartmouth.

. However would like to raise a couple of 'small points' .. As the apartment has a communal entrance, a door bell would help or an extra key for apartment 2 More cutlery & crockery Door lock to the apartment needs attention, difficult to lock on a number of occasions.

  • "Lovely flat in excellent location however a few minor things would have made it perfect."

Only three dinner plates and three forks provided, where all other utensils and crockery were in sixes. Only one toilet roll given is a bit mean. There were no spare black bags as stated. We were not aware that the parking permit would be usable in other carparks in other towns. This was a great money-saving bonus and should be more clearly advertised as a great perk. Thank you.

  • "The property was very noisy."

I feel it should be advertised that the flat is next door but one to a busy bar and also a pub garden quite close. Also, when we arrived, we had to wash the glasses as they were dirty. One of the glasses even had lipstick on it. Doesn't make you feel very confident in Covid times. Have realised that on a 3 week holiday, we really needed a washing machine and dishwasher which is not provided at the accommodation. Other than that, the property is nice and modern. Would not book again, though.

  • "The apartment is clean and comfortable (apart from the sofa)."

The location is great and the parking permit handy although parking is difficult and it doesn’t guarantee you space so if you go out in the car for the day, you may struggle to find a space when you return. A couple of things the would a have improved the stay are a rubber shower mat as the shower tray is very slippery when wet and soapy. Also a folding clothes aired would be usual as we took our own large bath towels but there was nowhere to hang them as the heated towel rail is too small, placed awkwardly and was switched off with no instructions on how to work it.

Your instructions are sent by email and you use grey font when printed on white paper it is very hard to read / decipher. You ignored this comment so I'm unsure you're going to take any notice of feedback. I ended up having to copy sections of your instructions onto a word document change the font to black so I could re-print so I could read it. Yes I have a quality printer and the ink is fine. It looks fine on a computer screen but I can't take my computer with me. Will you change it, I'll wait and see On the day of our arrival it took us 25 minutes to get into the property and some of the time we went out and didn't lock it. Your representative went round probably oiled it and was better Sorry but you did ask for feedback The good news is that the property was great as was the location and really appreciated the car parking free facility. We had a great holiday - thank you
