Combe Martin 2 miles.
The tranquil, picturesque village of Berrynarbor is situated at the coastal end of the beautiful Sterridge Valley, and is surrounded by dense woodlands and farms. Quaint cottages and gardens awash with floral displays line the narrow streets, adding to the rural charm of the village, which has a friendly community atmosphere, and a well stocked shop, and pub serving food. Lying within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, renowned for its dramatic coastal cliffs and rural landscape, the area is a haven for walkers, birdwatchers, and artists alike. The North Devon Coastal Path runs close by the village, and offers great walks and fantastic scenery, while the seaside towns and villages of Ilfracombe, Combe Martin, Barnstaple and Woolacombe are all close by, and offer activities for all the family to enjoy. A wonderful location, all year round.

Previous visitors' comments about The Dairy:
The owner was helpful with directions for local walks, places to eat, car parks near local attractions, etc. This made for a stress free week. The village was particularly pretty and the cream tea on arrival was very thoughtful and most welcome. We had a great week. Thank you.

The hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. The setting was lovely and the whole valley has to be seen to be believed. Parking was easy and convenient. We left behind some items which the hosts have very kindly retrieved for us and are now in the post on their way back to us. No complaints whatsoever.

The friendly welcome (with cream tea) and the helpfulness of the owners. The setting - the village is delightful and the gardens to the cottage are immaculate. The village shop is well stocked and the service excellent.
