A cottage well located for exploring the central and coastal Devon area and into Somerset. Good local amenities. A comfortable, clean, well maintained cottage for two people. Quiet, restful location.

The location is excellent; central for mid Devon and North Devon, as well as Somerset. There is an abundance of routed walks with plenty of places to eat. We found the cottage excellent for two people. Highly recommended.
Mr Gilpin, Gainsborough, September 2009

The cottage was lovely well equipped, compact but perfect and very clean, a lovely renovation. We used the BBQ provided on the patio garden which was nice and quiet.Good local village of Clumpton not far away with plenty of nice places to eat there and big supermarkets close by.A great base for exploring Exmoor, Dartmoor and the costal regions.
Miss Ebsworth, Bognor Regis, July 2009

This was an excellent little cottage, it was a place you could relax in very comfortable surroundings. You felt at home as soon as you entered the cottage, the owners were polite and very welcoming. It was in an excellent location for walking and accessing the numerous attractions on offer in Devon and Somerset. I would recommend this cottage either if you just wanted a place to relax in or for a base for sight seeing.
