In the courtyard of the picturesque, 16th century Exeter Inn, three of these Devon self-contained units sit just a few yards from the inn, whilst the fourth is a first floor wing of the inn with its own private entrance. Each of these Devon self-contained units provide terrific accommodation, and also have the added benefit of a choice of bar/restaurant food at The Exeter Inn. There are a large number of golf courses near to these Devon self-contained units and the owners can help organise golfing breaks, which can be tailored to your requirements. Just along the road from these Devon self-contained units is the Highbullen Golf and Country Club, which offers a range of sporting activities and a beauty spa. There are beautiful landscapes and seascapes to explore from these Devon self-contained units; from the wildness of Dartmoor to the soft hills of Exmoor, which roll gently towards the dramatic North Devon coastline, which boasts pretty villages including Clovelly, Appledore, Lynton and Lynmouth.

This Devon self-contained unit has all the accommodation on the ground floor including a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an open plan kitchen and breakfast area with an archway leading to a small sitting room with a 2’6” single bed.
