Sidmouth 3 miles. A cosy semi-detached holiday cottage in a quiet park, three miles from Sidmouth on the south Devon coast. The interior of this Sidmouth cottage is bright and colourful providing lovely comfy accommodation suitable for groups of four. All on the ground floor and with disabled/wheelchair access, there is an open plan living area with dining area and small fitted kitchen, a wet room and two welcoming bedrooms. There is a lawn at the rear of this Sidmouth cottage, plus a wooden table and bench at the front, providing a relaxing spot for alfresco dining. A steep path through scenic National Trust land leads to the secluded Weston Mouth Beach and the famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary is just a couple of minutes' walk away, plus there is an excellent cafe serving good food next door to the site. Sidmouth has a beautiful esplanade, safe beach, dramatic cliff-top walks and lots of interesting shops. The area has a plentiful supply of welcoming pubs serving good food and local ales and there are a number of family attractions in the area, including Pecorama miniature railway park, the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve and further along the Jurassic Coast are a number of sandy beaches and fossil-filled cliffs. Sidmouth provides the holidaymaker with a beach holiday, and the mild climate ensures a comfy stay all year round.
