This traditional Victorian terraced house is situated in a quiet residential street overlooking the National Trust-owned Torrs Park in the seaside resort of Ilfracombe, on the North Devon coast. There are superb feature fireplaces in the two large reception rooms on the ground floor complemented by modern kitchen facilities, making it a spacious family holiday home. From the small back yard there are several steps up to a sun trap patio which overlooks the rooftops of the terrace. From your Ilfracombe holiday home, take a ten minute walk to the harbour and traditional seaside attractions or why not blow away the cobwebs with a bracing walk along the spectacular coastline towards Woolacombe? There are plenty of attractions for families in Ilfracombe, including four beaches, an aquarium, a theatre and boat trips to Lundy Island, where you will see a wealth of wildlife including basking sharks.
