Crewkerne is an attractive market town in south Somerset, an ideal base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and pretty villages. Crewkerne is also a great base for enjoying the Jurassic coastline, just a short drive away, including the popular seaside resorts of West Bay and Lyme Regis. Crewkerne has plenty to occupy visitors, including Georgian buildings, antique shops, a museum and inns serving good food and local Somerset cider. There are numerous visitor attractions in the area including Barrington Court, Forde Abbey, Montacute House, Ham Hill and local working cider mills.

There are several prominent walks near this Crewkerne cottage, including the Liberty, Jubilee and River Parrett trails. Crewkerne makes a handsome holiday destination with antique shops, a museum and restaurants, while further afield there are numerous historic houses and gardens to visit including Forde Abbey and Barrington Court.
