Exquisitely situated amidst a dramatic backdrop of open heathland, this beautifully renovated property is equipped to a very high standard and offers comfortable accommodation, including an open-plan sitting room and two traditionally styled bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities. A lovely dwelling with a delightful, enclosed garden in which to relax and enjoy peaceful afternoons. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, radio/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared, lawned garden with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome (Note: Owners have own dog). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 minutes walk. Note: Sorry, this property does not accept children.
Note: In 2009 this property offers shared use of a washer/dryer and a gas BBQ. These facilities are not available from Jan 2010.
