A lovely dwelling with a delightful, enclosed garden in which to relax and enjoy peaceful afternoons. For the more energetic, take a walk from the garden across miles of heathland, and view the amazing selection of wildlife. The scenic Jurassic coast, with spectacular views at Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door is only three miles away, whilst the beautiful coastlines at Weymouth and Bournemouth and historic Dorchester are all within easy reach. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 2 x double with ensuite (shower, basin and WC). Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining and sitting areas with stable door leading to shared garden.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, radio/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared, lawned garden with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome (Note: Owners have own dog). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 minutes walk. Note: Sorry, this property does not accept children.
Note: In 2009 this property offers shared use of a washer/dryer and a gas BBQ. These facilities are not available from Jan 2010.
