The charming market town of Lymington is situated on the west bank of the Lymington River at the western end of The Solent, at the southern edge of the New Forest National Park. As well as being a favoured sailing resort, there are also regular ferry links to the Isle of Wight. The town boasts an array of interesting boutiques and craft shops, or you can treat yourselves to a meal at one of the numerous local restaurants. Lymington is surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from the heathlands and ancient woodlands of the New Forest to the coastal nature reserves which extend for 5 miles culminating in the shingle spit which is home to Hurst Castle, built in 1554 by Henry V111. Lymington provides an excellent touring base from which to explore the New Forest, the Isle of Wight and the Hampshire coast.

It had a homely feel. The hot tub was a plus. Very clean and the owner had decorated it well.
Mrs Broome, Leicester, March 2013
Very suitable property as we had a disabled person in our party! The hot tub added to our comfort.
Mrs O'mahony, Tunbridge Wells, October 2012
Considering the pretty awful weather we were able to enjoy the comforts of the bungalow which included a wide choice of books and DVDs, however, we did go out every day and only got rained on once so we were quite happy. The hot tub had a fair amount of use!
