The seaside village of Tully sits on the picturesque Renvyle Peninsula, County Galway. The village lies on the Atlantic Ocean, and fishermen still land the daily catch on the small pier by the beach. The village has two bars, a post office, a supermarket and a horse-riding centre, as well as Teach Ceoil, a music house which holds traditional evenings of music each Tuesday evening during July and August. Across the bay are the mountains of Mweelrea and Croagh Patrick, and within easy reach are Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, and Inishbofin Island, not to mention numerous walking and cycling routes, sea cruises, angling trips and much more. A wonderful base for a relaxing Irish holiday.

A charming traditional Irish bungalow set in an elevated position only a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean, in the hamlet of Tully, County Galway. This Tully cottage offers peace and tranquility from the moment you arrive, with its panoramic views across fields down to the coast, and just a short walk down the lane brings you to one of many fantastic local sandy beaches. This Galway cottage was used as a bedroom set in the ITV drama series Single Handed and boasts two double bedrooms, one with sea views, and an open plan living area. The patio area is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views of the sun going down over the Atlantic Ocean. This Tully cottage is in a great location to explore the sights of the area with Connemara National Park very close by, whilst the Connemara Loop and the Renvyle Peninsula are well worth exploring. Alternatively take a boat trip to Inisbofin Island or visit Kylemore Abbey. This Tully cottage is a perfect base for enjoying a memorable holiday on the West coast of Ireland.
