The seaside village of Tully sits on the picturesque Renvyle Peninsula, County Galway. The village lies on the Atlantic Ocean, and fishermen still land the daily catch on the small pier by the beach. The village has two bars, a post office, a supermarket and a horse-riding centre, as well as Teach Ceoil, a music house which holds traditional evenings of music each Tuesday evening during July and August. Across the bay are the mountains of Mweelrea and Croagh Patrick, and within easy reach are Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, and Inishbofin Island, not to mention numerous walking and cycling routes, sea cruises, angling trips and much more. A wonderful base for a relaxing Irish holiday.

The Property

Tully 0.25 miles. A detached Tully cottage, located in an elevated, rural position, a quarter of a mile from the coastal village of Tully, on the Renvyle Peninsula. With a traditional feel, four comfortable bedrooms, situated on both the ground and first floors, one with distant sea views, and a large kitchen, this Tully cottage is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking a country cottage, close to the coast. Outside, this Tully cottage has a lawned garden great for dining alfresco, while there are two lovely beaches just half a mile away, great for family fun and enjoyable days out. The village of Tully offers great fishing opportunities, horse riding, and also Irish dancing, so you can truly submerge yourself in the Irish way of life. With lovely shops and pubs close by, as well as the coast, country and numerous touring opportunities, this Tully cottage is wonderful all year round.
